"I compete in trail ultras, cross country ski marathons,and climb mountains among other athletic endeavors. I've been exposed to many different workouts and workout instructors along the way. I find my kettlebell workouts to be the most effective strengthening workout I've ever done. My personal trainer, Greg Nichols, is extremely knowledgeable, very well prepared, and has individualized my workouts to help me prepare specifically for the events I compete in. He adjusts very well to the ups and downs of my physical well-being - reacting with ad-libbed changes according to the day. He is very positive in his demeanor and consistent in his approach.
