    New and beginning exercise students to seasoned exercisers and athletes will benefit from a personalized approach to their performance improvement. Performance, may be defined on many small and great levels and we can all benefit from good coaching. We start with a conversation about you. Your needs and goals, as well as your health history, current body composition, strength and flexibility limits and cardiovascular fitness. All this and your current general lifestyle habits are key to establishing (or reestablishing) a baseline to either physical transformation or performance enhancement.

  • Custom Training & Tune-up:
    For the experienced exerciser who possess basic to advanced knowledge of fitness training. Custom Training reviews your current exercise and nutrition program, makes recommendations and upgrades to help you achieve your fitness objectives using the acute variables to training. This program is part discussion, part analysis and part one-on-one training. Sessions may vary depending upon needs.

  • Update My Fitness Program:
    Step-by-step analysis of your current fitness program includes discovery of how you are progressing with your cardiovascular, strength & conditioning, and nutrition plan.
    Trouble shooting, goal setting and a plan of action make up the elements for this program.
  • Just in Time Wedding Package:
    6-8 week program, meets 3x per week
    Your wedding is an important life event. Looking and feeling your best is a significant priority. The lessons learned in the training package don't just end with your vows, it is a gift to your partner that you take care of yourself beyond your day. This program may be something the two of you can do together and Semi-Private Training is another excellent option.
  • Home Fitness Training & Program Design:
    Your not in to the gym, and you prefer to exercise at home. You may have limited equipment or a fully-loaded system but lack either the motivation or the knowledge to really get benefits from your own personal training system. This program can offer as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. We start with discovery of your needs, current body composition and physical fitness levels and progress to a program design & goal setting based on the tools you have available.
  • Health Club Fitness Training:
    Achieving results at the gym doesn't have to be daunting because others are using the equipment. You can accomplish your days work out goal by learning modifications to exercises, or change-ups to keep you firing.

  • Kettlebells
    Each Kettlebell course is designed to promote the very best in learning how to work with the kettlebell safely and with technique. Program design, strength and conditioning and core work are complementary to the skills developed through out each program. Gain enough skill to train yourself anywhere or with others.
    • Group Kettlebell Training Class: Beginning Kettlebells
      Safe and professional kettlebell instruction will teach the student about proper body mechanics using safety as part of performance. Fundamentals of the swing will be explored and more. Preparation skills will be integrated to ready the kettlebell student for a safe and progressive conditioning class. Emphasis on flexibility, stabilization and core work. Fun & fellowship guaranteed.

    • Group Kettlebell Training Class: Advanced Kettlebells & Program Design
      Students who have developed mastery over the Kettlebell Swing, Get-up, Clean, Snatch and Windmill will enjoy connecting these exercises with more variations on a theme. Learn combination drills, free flow, juggling and more ... Expect to achieve strength and conditioning results like no other fitness training can deliver.   • Strength Training and Conditioning
    Integrate traditional strength training/weight lifting skills with cardiovascular training by learning to lift correctly. Learn to manipulate the acute variables to make gains with your bench, squat or deadlift. If you have never worked with Dumb Bells and Bar Bells, these programs will help you develop your skill and program design knowledge.
    • Beginning Strength & Conditioning Training for young adult
      There is nothing more disheartening than hearing from a physician about how the misuse of weights during strength training caused an injury to a young persons growth plate, shoulder, knee, etc., . Young people need safe guidance to ensure successful and enjoyable fitness experience. Learn appropriate and safe lifting and programming techniques to improve body composition, mental stability, flexibility as well as cardiovascular endurance.

      This class is designed for the beginning exerciser who wishes to know the safest and most productive route to effective strength training and conditioning. Get the very best out of your gym membership and get oriented properly to safe technique and progressions to your fitness program.

    • Strength & Conditioning Training for Seniors
      Studies have shown how seniors can enjoy many benefits from strength, cardiovascular and flexibility training. Learn and enjoy the basics to fitness conditioning from a certified AARP instructor.   • Bodyweight Training
    Push-ups, Sit-ups, Run! ... Bodyweight training is a fun program change-up that utilizes your body to gain control over your strength to body-mass ratio. Learn how to integrate dynamic movements, core conditioning and flexibility in to your warm-up and strength training routine. Augment your conditioning by learning combinations of exercises in a freeflow environment to help you gain ultimate conditioning using only your bodyweight!

  • Target Zone for Women
    What do women want? Toned abdominals, thighs and butt, complimentary definition to their arms & shoulders and not body-builder muscles that look like a collection of parts. Target Zone is a strength training class designed with focus and attention to trouble areas. No one can spot reduce, but, you can achieve results with knowledge, fun and a personal program design by you. Each student will write their own program with the instructors assistance based on the skills learned in class. A must for students who wish to know how to exercise or simply want to change what they've been doing for too long.
