New and beginning exercise students to seasoned exercisers and athletes will benefit from a personalized approach to their performance improvement. Your needs and goals, as well as your health history, current body composition, strength and flexibility limits and cardiovascular fitness. All this and your current general lifestyle habits are key to establishing (or reestablishing) a baseline to either physical transformation or performance enhancement.

- Custom Training & Tune-up:
For the experienced exerciser who possess basic to advanced knowledge of fitness training. Custom Training reviews your current exercise and nutrition program, makes recommendations and upgrades to help you achieve your fitness objectives using the acute variables to training. This program is part discussion, part analysis and part one-on-one training. Sessions may vary depending upon needs.

- Update My Fitness Program:
Step-by-step analysis of your current fitness program includes discovery of how you are progressing with your cardiovascular, strength & conditioning, and nutrition plan. Trouble shooting, goal setting and a plan of action make up the elements for this program.
- Just in Time Wedding Package:
6-8 week program, meets 3x per week
Your wedding is an important life event. Looking and feeling your best is a significant priority. The lessons learned in the training package don't just end with your vows, it is a gift to your partner that you take care of yourself beyond your day. This program may be something the two of you can do together and Semi-Private Training is another excellent option.
- Home Fitness Training & Program Design:
Your not in to the gym, and you prefer to exercise at home. You may have limited equipment or a fully-loaded system but lack either the motivation or the knowledge to really get benefits from your own personal training system. This program can offer as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. We start with discovery of your needs, current body composition and physical fitness levels and progress to a program design & goal setting based on the tools you have available.
- Health Club Fitness Training:
Achieving results at the gym doesn't have to be daunting because others are using the equipment. You can accomplish your days work out goal by learning modifications to exercises, or change-ups to keep you firing.
